2. Gratitude Rewards (Virtual Coins):
Any virtual currency or items received after a donation are given purely as a token of gratitude (gift) for your support to the project. These rewards represent a "thank you" from the administration and do not constitute a commercial purchase or sale of digital assets.

3. Non-Refundable:
Since contributions are voluntary gifts to help sustain the project, all donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, the funds are allocated to project expenses and cannot be returned.

4. Server Continuity:
Donations are made to support the project's current needs and do not guarantee the perpetual availability of the service. In the event of a server reset, unexpected downtime, data loss, or project closure, donations will not be refunded.

5. Chargebacks:
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a donation in bad faith will be interpreted as fraudulent activity against the community. This will result in the permanent ban of your account and associated hardware IDs from the entire HeroPath network.
